When you let go of who you are, you become who you might be. ~ Rumi
* What is Healing? The word "heal" comes from Anglo Saxon word "hal", meaning "whole", "healthy" and "holy". From ancient times people noticed the connection between health and wholeness. A patient is more than a body. Imbalances on mental-emotional, energetic and spiritual levels will manifest into a physical level as a physical disease, if they are not transformed and harmonized before a physical manifestation. Treating a disease only on a physical level often leads to re occurrence and/or other complications. To heal means to become whole, connecting to your body, mind and spirit and making them a complete system, recognizing the unity with the Universe. A healed person is not the same person, who has become sick. Spiritual and personal transformations happen in one's life as healing occurs.
* What is Spiritual Counselling? It’s a holistic therapy for the Soul, rather than the Mind. It helps an individual to discover, accept and understand spiritual influences in his/her life. Spiritual Counselling is closely related to Transpersonal Psychology and based on the beliefs like:
- We are spiritual beings in a human body. We are more than our physical body, personality and problems;
- We all possess intuition, an access to higher power that helps us to make the right choices.
- Each person has a free will to choose within the given circumstances;
- All life experiences and situations have a lesson and/or a gift and potential for growth;
- Our lives have higher purpose and meaning
Each client is seen as a unique individual, who has a birth right to create their own life experiences in harmony with Universal forces and according to karmic interplay. Everyone’s reality is different. Any process in life is trusted to be correct, needs to be explored and ultimately leads toward achieving the individual’s highest potential. The counselor’s role is to assist clients in understanding and accepting their own reality, higher purpose and meaning behind the life situations and find the way to express themselves in their world with personal authenticity, love and trust, using their spiritual gifts and wisdom. Spiritual Counselling is not religious, but helps people explore their spirituality and cosmic connections on deeper levels.
* What is Healing Crisis? Basically, it's referred to feeling worse before feeling better. It's normal and healthy: when a natural healing process is launched in the body, detoxification is one of main conditions that has to occur. The body starts to expel toxins, part of which is going into a circulation. It will take time before elimination organs are able to get rid of it. Meanwhile nausea, headaches, fatigue, poor appetite, fever, vomiting, diarhea, night sweats, hot/cold flashes, increased blood pressure, joint pain are some of symptoms that are not uncommon. The more toxins and pathogens in the body, the more intense reaction is experienced. Healing Crisis is unique for each individual. Usually it does not last more than a few days, but sometimes it may be present for for 2-3 weeks. Especially, when we talk about emotional pathogens to be released. Emotional outbursts are typical as well. Some feel sad, some feel angry and irritated, worried, etc. It is a natural process of cleansing your body on physical and emotional levels. Drinking more water, resting, light healthy diet, no alcohol and caffeine will help you to recover faster and have milder symptoms.
* What is Medical Qi Gong Therapy and Energy Healing Session? During a treatment, which is usually lasts about an hour, a Medical Qi Gong Practitioner scans and assesses the energetic field of the client's body in order to locate Qi blockages and stagnation. The task is to purify, regulate, balance and circulate the energy of the body.
It's a hands-on healing method, where hands are kept slightly above the body or gently touching it. This work is very gentle yet powerful, since all healing happens on an energy level first.
Qi Gong energy healing is based on Chinese Medicine theory and energetic anatomy. Attention is paid to the patterns of physiological and mental/emotional symptoms as they are closely interrelated and affect the physical body, its organs and systems in a specific way.
After a hands-on healing session, a client is offered to learn some Medical Qi Gong movements, called prescription exercises, breathing, healing color and sound techniques, meditations that can be practiced at home addressing a particular disease.
Depending on a disbalance, usually it takes a few sessions, scheduled regularly, to help the body accepting a new energy flow pattern.
* I started doing QiGong exercises and after a few sets I felt pain in the back and later in my kidneys. Did I do something wrong or this practice is not for me? You have experienced the symptoms of healing crisis. Everything is right, just needs to be explored. Feeling different sensations during and after the practice is normal. You work with the energy (Qi) of your body. Qi penetrates every cell of the body's tissues, moving along its pathways (meridians). In most cases, if an organ or any part/system of the body is healthy with no energy excess, depletion, stagnation or blockages, a practitioner won't get any painful reactions. Consider the fact, that condition is constantly changing due to internal and external factors. Pain is not bad. It is not necessarily an evidence of the physical disease. But it might be a nice warning to bring your attention to a particular part of the body: what is going on here? Lower back pain is often connected with overworking, stress, lack of support; kidneys' discomfort may relate to the feelings of insecurity, loneliness, fear. Are there financial problems involved? Look at your diet, water intake: does something overload the organ (caffeine, alcohol, etc.)? In conclusion, feeling a discomfort is actually good, meaning now you know, where your body needs attention. It's time to start exploring and work on it, including continuing gently doing the exercises, adding other energy healing techniques, allowing the body to restore itself. Rest more, drink more water, relax your mind and listen to your body. There's a message for you there.
* I got lots of brilliant ideas and don't mind sharing them with others. I've noticed, other people make them work successfully in their lives and businesses, but not me... Why can't I make any use of my own ideas? Looks like you are well connected to Heaven's energy and your upper chakras, especially the Third Eye, are well open and receptive. This is where the ideas come through. But they are not transformed into actions and you have no result. Whatever is going on with us, is reflected on four levels - physical, energetic, mental/emotional and spiritual.
First, I'd suggest to pay attention to grounding; How well are you connected with the Earth? Do you exchange your energy with mother Earth? Earthly energy plays an important role in our ability to make decisions, moreover, it gives us physical power to make things happen. Any grounding exercises and meditations are a good start.
Second, pay attention to your digestive system. An action is supported by Intention, which "lives" in our spleen. Cleansing, tonification and balancing this organ will contribute to your desire to make things happen. Determination. Third, feel your kidneys. If you can't turn ideas into action, there's not enough of will power. The latter resides in kidneys and well nourished by Earth energy (remember grounding?). Liver plays a role of an engine, so to speak. You breath in an idea, there should be a strong intention to make it happen and will power to support an action. Liver has the ability to move things ahead, to give them birth. Now you can see, how the whole physical body is involved into turning ideas into actions and how mental/emotional level is integrated in the organs function. Detoxifying and harmonizing your physical health will contribute a lot to your ability to act and bring mental clarity and emotional balance.
The last, but not least, always check with your heart: is this your true desire, that resonates with your soul? How it makes you feel imagining your dream come true? Some of us are very hard-working. There is nothing, that they cannot do, but still may feel unhappy. If we don't follow our heart, but our ego, somebody's else expectations and social rules, we may overload and damage our body's system. Order and harmony are the virtues of our heart.
* Do I need an Energy Healing treatment, if I know some techniques and practice them regularly? Think about a massage and a self massage. The latter is really good, definitely beneficial and recommended. But a massage given by an experienced specialist is more... Agreed? The same idea applies to an Energy Healing treatment. Balancing and harmonizing Qi of your body on your own is a great and needed practice. Doing that on a regular basis will promote physical and psychological health, spiritual growth and, as a result, healing.
But having a treatment is more, especially when something does not feel right: an experienced practitioner will objectively assess your body's system and let you know, where a distortion or dis-balance is, why it is there and how it may be corrected. It's a hard task to be objective with yourself, isn't it? Remember, a prevention of a disease is important. We don't need to experience a disease to learn a life lesson. But a disease is a great teacher.
An experienced practitioner will cleanse your energetic fields without prejudice. If there's something painful and unpleasant, we tend to avoid that area (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), even subconsciously. Our mind prompts: "Do not touch. It will hurt" and we often follow the instruction. A practitioner has no attachments here and do a thorough job. When time comes to tonification, through a practitioner you have a wonderful source of energy, concentrated and adjusted to your needs. Balancing and regulating your Qi is more effective in the presence of a practitioner, as his/her energy field is aligned and harmonized, meaning you intuitively know how to tune up. An experienced practitioner employs different techniques during a treatment and very often has a spiritual message for you.
Practising energy healing techniques on your own is highly recommended and for some it becomes an every day desirable routine, supporting their health, psychological balance and personal development. Having a treatment is a deep relaxation, energy boost and alignment, speeding up a recovery on all levels, help in a healing process and finding a way out of an emotional/mental confusion or disorder, connecting with your spirit. Channelling during a treatment and after is always revealing and leads to meaningful insights and aha's moments. Just find a practitioner you trust and be open to an experience.
